Our Charity Sports Event is over! I’m sure you all want to know about it in detail!

First I must tell you how it all started. We decided to organize the championships after our teacher’s suggestion. He’d read about such an event in a magazine for amateur basketball players and we liked the idea.

The championships took place in our school because our gym is well-equipped. The teachers’ race was the best attraction. Twenty teachers participated in it and guess who won, our librarian! It was so much fun!

I liked all the competitors who took part in the contest. The spectators were great too. They were really active and interested. They wanted to take part in every event we organized. From the tickets we sold we collected a lot of money. It will go to help young patients in a nearby hospital.
