Interviewer: In the studio we have Ollie James who’s just published his first book and it has become a bestseller. Welcome, Ollie.
Man: Hi. I’m very happy to be here.
Interviewer: Ollie, tell us a little about your book.
Man: Well, it’s called My 20-Minute Meals and it was written for those who don’t have much time to cook at home but are interested in eating healthy and tasty meals.
Interviewer: Was it difficult to create so many quick recipes for your book?
Man: It wasn’t easy. Not because of the time limit of 20 minutes, but because I wanted well-balanced meals. To make sure the meals have the right ingredients and good proportions, I worked with an expert on healthy food all the time. He examined my meals to see how much fat and salt I used.
Interviewer: What does the success of your book say about our eating habits today?
Man: We have less time to cook, but we still want great-tasting meals.
Interviewer: And what about people who love fast food? Can they change themselvesinto 20-minute chefs?
Man: They could start with something like pork tacos or a special Mexican salad called Three Colours. My fast but healthy meals can really become their favourites. And one more thing. Remember you shouldn’t worry if it’s hard for you to make the meals the first time you do it. I’m sure it won’t take you more than 20 minutes even if you have no cooking experience.
