Zadanie 4.1.
The theory is that if food dropped on the floor is picked up quickly enough, it’s safe to eat. Some call it the ‘five-second rule’, while others know it as the ‘three-second rule’. you’re familiar with, it certainly isn’t based on science, says Dr Ronald Cutler, a microbiologist from the University of London.
Zadanie 4.2.
To prove what he said, Dr Cutler subjected the rule to scientific testing. His trial dropping pieces of apple on different surfaces artificially contaminated with bacteria.
Zadanie 4.3.

Dr Cutler analysed the food samples and found that they were all covered in germs compared with control samples that dropped. The conclusion is “If you drop food on a floor, it’s better to put it in the bin,” says Dr Cutler.
