That is why smart retailers are seizing the opportunities that lie in the digital world and speak directly with the individuals, or communities of fans, who love their goods most.
Such behaviours are the new methods of advertising merchandise. Thus buyers have to be constantly alert. However, Mr Ramsway indicates that when new technologies are used well, the customers simply see retailers as being very good at giving them exactly what they want.
